Plus "Tear It Down" sessions where you submit your bio, caption, or content and get honest feedback from the community.

Connect & Collab sessions twice a week, plus TikTok Lives with community members. Accountability happens through real follow-up, in the weekly calls and one-on-one, not a form nobody fills out. Open "I need help with..." threads with zero gatekeeping, and spotlight features that highlight the messy middle and the pivot, not just the highlight reel.

Leadership Development

Built to grow leaders, not dependents

You come in as a member. The goal is to leave with real confidence and leadership in your own lane, developed by this community, not dependent on it. Members can apply to co-host workshops or step into coaching or speaking if that's their path, with support through group calls and 1:1 Clarity Sessions when needed.

Built by two people who got tired of watching it happen

We're not a faceless brand. We built The 99% because we lived the exact problem it solves, and we run it together, in the room, every day.

Co-Founder

Lindsey Richards

Lindsey is the face of The 99% Community, and it shows. She's a teacher by trade and a natural born leader by nature, a single mom of two and a devoted cat mom who somehow still shows up in the community every single day. She's the one following up personally, checking in, and building a lot of the lessons members go through herself. Give her data and research and she's genuinely in her element, but what actually lights her up is turning it into something people can use. At the core of it, Lindsey just loves helping people come out of their shell, especially online, and watching them realize they had it in them the whole time.

Holli Swetland

Holli is the calm behind The 99%, not the loudest voice in the room, but the one who makes sure it all actually holds together. She can be polarizing when she needs to be, but that's not her whole brand, what actually drives her is individuality. She's spent her whole life recognizing people's unique skillsets and showing them how to not just notice their strengths, but actually use them. She's a full-time working mom of one who leads her staff every single day to make better decisions, and she carries that same standard straight into the online space. Her dad is the backbone of everything she does, and that's exactly why integrity isn't negotiable for her. She started in this space in March 2025 not knowing a damn thing, and now she runs a lot of the backend of The 99%, emails, CRM, branding, funnels, and research. Her whole goal is simple: highlight the skills people already have, and change the perspective on a space that's turned into the same regurgitated bs on repeat.
